A client counts as accepted if they received at least one offer of admission in that cycle, including offers that came off a waitlist. Steve had an extraordinary editorial instinct, knowing exactly where a sentence needed tightening, where a story needed to breathe, and how to sharpen an essay's impact without ever overwriting it or losing her voice. What really impressed me, though, was how much Steve genuinely cared about my daughter’s success. He didn’t just help her get into great schools, he made sure she was applying to the right places for her, where she could thrive academically and personally. He cared most about setting her up for success in her future medical career, not just getting her into a great college, which most advisors just don't understand. On top of that, his fees were more than fair for the level of service he provided. We never felt like we were being overcharged, especially when you consider the outcome, and prices for larger firms. Knowing that Steve was guiding us every step of the way brought so much peace of mind during what can be a stressful time.
